So – Buckwheat ‘flour’ – but you say ‘Gluten Free’? Buckwheat is actually the seed of a flowering fruit that is related to rhubarb and sorrel. It’s completely gluten-free and unrelated to wheat and all the grasses in the wheat family. So it’s a popular substitute for wheat for those who are gluten-intolerant. It’s very high in nutrients, and it has even more fibre than oatmeal.
Ingredients: John West tuna, Holland & Barrett buckwheat flour, Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese, Holland & Barrett rough ground polenta, South Lakeland free range egg, Dove’s rice flour for dusting
** There is a tiny little bit of salt in these from the tinned fish – it works out less than 0.05% of the total weight with all the other ingredients added
Minimum Net weight: 30g

This is a treat for your dog – it is not a substitute for a meal.
