Smoked Bacon and Egg


Fresh smoked bacon and free range eggs


Most of my bakes include eggs to bind the ingredients – they are a great source of very digestible protein, riboflavin, and selenium.  I only ever use eggs from The South Lakes Farm which are local to me and have won awards for their animal welfare.

The bacon comes from the ‘proper’ butcher round the corner and is from a local farm.  It is a smoked streaky cut – and smells divine.

Ingredients: Holland & Barrett Buckwheat Flour, fresh Smoked Streaky Bacon, Holland & Barrett Rough Ground Polenta, South Lakeland Free Range Egg, Holland & Barrett Brown Rice flour for dusting

Minimum Net weight: 30g

Store in a cool, dry place.  Best consumed within 4 months of the baking date.

This is a treat for your dog – it is not a substitute for a meal.
