Total length of back to base of neck: 23″
Around chest: 24″

The ‘Weekend lounger’ jumper is a loose fitting, shorter length, super soft, chunky jumper to pop on and chill out in at the weekends.  Often made from multi strands of happy, zingy colours to create a really individual, casual look.  The stitching is large to give the jumper a really soft feel – and the leg holes have a crochet trim to reinforce the edges.  Some are plain and some have a contrast trim.

The jumper is designed to sit over the shoulders and finish short on the back – so look at your dog’s chest size first – then look at the length.  They are not tailored to the body shape so they are ideal for growing puppies – lazing about at home – poorly or elderly dogs that need a bit of loose comfort and sleeping out doors in.  They are also ideal for nursing new born lambs.

Measurements are very approximate – there is quite a lot of ‘give’ in these.

Wool allergy in dogs is very common.  I only knit using quality acrylic yarns (usually Robin/Wendy or King Cole) so you have no allergy issues.  Acrylic yarns are easy to care for – pop in the machine with your normal cool wash – shake out to reshape – and hang to dry –  do not iron – do not tumble dry – do not dry clean

All my hand knitted dog wear has a dog shape button detail.

These are completed items ready to post out to you. I don’t repeat knitting colour designs over and over – when it’s gone – it’s gone!!!
